Rigoletto on woodwinds: the joy of playing on the air stream: listen to the flute and clarinet section of the Freiburg Philharmonic Orchestra in a chamber music setting. Works by Leonard Bernstein, Jean Françaix and other composers open a concert with dancing lightness, jazzy nuances and French esprit. As a grand finale, you will hear Franz Doppler's sparkling Rigoletto Fantasy, which reflects Verdi's famous opera Rigoletto with operatic virtuosity and in a mysterious way.
