ARTE DIALOG - SALON DE MUSIQUE

ARTE DIALOG - Salon de Musique is a private music salon in which classical music is discovered slowly, attentively and in conversation. The salon is not a concert in the classical sense and not a lecture, but a place for conscious listening, pausing and exchange.

ARTE DIALOG will begin as a regular salon in Freiburg from February 2026. The event in January is intended as a preview - as an open invitation to people who are curious about this special form of listening together and want to experience music beyond quick consumption.

The focus of the preview is Gabriel Fauré's Dolly Suite. Live music and short musical introductions alternate and open up a concentrated yet relaxed approach to the work. We listen together, share impressions and approach the music step by step - without prior musical knowledge, without technical language, but with an open ear. Afterwards, there will be time for an open discussion over coffee or a glass of wine.

This preview is particularly aimed at people who do not "have to" understand classical music, but who would like to listen more closely, who are less interested in a one-off event than in a regular musical exchange, and who are interested in the long-term form of ARTE DIALOG - Salon de Musique.

Participation in the preview costs €10 (reservation fee). It is not intended as a one-off taster event, but as an initial introduction for those interested in the regular salon format.

ARTE DIALOG - Salon de Musique takes place as a private salon - without a stage, without distance. A small space in which music is not consumed, but shared, and in which listening together can gain depth.
