"BREATH & FREEDOM"

Everyone breathes 24 hours a day. More freedom in breathing is more freedom in being" The breath as the root of existence makes it possible to allow our inherent freedom to grow in all areas of life. The breakthrough to being is an initiatic experience that is deepened and kept alive through practice. It is therefore a beginning and not an end.

This regular evening course opens up the possibility of freedom to participants in an intimate circle at any time and provides tools to apply what has been experienced in everyday life. This ongoing group is suitable both as an introduction and for deepening. We practice trusting our heart as the center of our body and mind!

This is an ongoing group throughout the first half of the year - on February 27 and March 20 there will be two open introductory evenings to get to know INTUITIVE BREATHING. Here you can discuss all content-related and organizational questions. Thereafter every Thursday from 19:00 - 22:00 until the summer vacation. It is also possible to join the group that is already running. Participation is possible at any time on 10 evenings of your choice.

Cost: €250 for 10 evenings or €400 for 20 evenings

In order to be able to take part in a continuous group with a fixed "core" of participants despite all the various scheduling bottlenecks, you will receive a "10-evening pass", which is valid every Thursday in the first half of the year. If you would then like to continue, you can book additional evenings.
