Breathtaking circus shows

What you would normally see in the circus ring will come to Rathausgasse on the Fashion & Food Festival weekend: breathtaking circus shows by two artists from Freiburg will take place in the open air between the stores on the shopping street!

Sandrina La Loba and Anastasia Shilyna will be performing a variety of acts. Whether it's flying hula hoops or a free-hanging ring in the air, the audience is offered plenty of thrills and fantasy. Lively choreographies and atmospheric music transform the architecture of the city center into an incomparable stage set.

A stage with scaffolding is set up in the middle of Rathausgasse, towering several meters above the heads of the audience. An aerial ring is attached there - a piece of equipment that combines sport and art to create stories. Dynamic movements and sophisticated acrobatics thrill the audience. Immediately afterwards, a performance takes place on stage, showcasing the skillful use of hula hoops, which seem to move on the dancer's body of their own accord.

Anastasia (aerial ring): In Rathausgasse, there are once again acrobatics at lofty heights: the artist Anastasia Shilyna performs on the aerial ring and combines graceful dance with sophisticated acrobatics. What is usually only found in the circus can be seen in the open air at this year's festival - in the middle of the old town. The artist will present a choreography to rousing music that will delight art lovers and amateurs alike. The artist plays around the unmistakable ring with elegant figures as it spins quickly on its own axis.
