Eye, jaw and neck muscles are closely connected. If one is tense, the other is also tense. For example, if we constantly hold our head in the neck, the jaw and eyes become rigid. In this seminar we will do exercises to relax the eyes, jaw and neck. You will receive a handout as a summary of the exercises. - Please bring: comfortable clothes, towel/blanket, if available and eye pillow.
