Exhibition "Together for Freiburg"

The commitment of people with a history of flight or migration often remains invisible. Yet their contribution to a Freiburg worth living in is indispensable. The traveling photo exhibition "Together for Freiburg" focuses on this valuable commitment. The exhibition shows that behind "migration" and "integration" there are always people first and foremost. People with individual stories, wishes and dreams. It also shows how people engage constructively and effectively, thereby giving courage and confidence. The 14 portraits on display can be accessed via QR code to listen to short audio clips in which the people portrayed talk about their voluntary work - about what moves and drives them. The project is the result of a cooperation between Südwind Freiburg e.V., Radio Dreyeckland, OurVoice, ANDA e.V., German Africa Insight e.V., FAIRburg e.V., Polnische Frauen Solidarisch e.V., Greenmotions Filmfestival, Freiburger Wahlkreis 100%, zusammen leben e.V., Omas gegen Rechts e.V., Eritreische Initiative für Freiheit, Gerechtigkeit & Demokratie, Leuchtlinie, Migrantinnenbeirat der Stadt Freiburg and Engagiertes Freiburg e.V.
