PIWI & friends - Oysters and bubbles

With the Austerbrüder - a young Freiburg food start-up that specializes in high-quality sea fish and direct procurement channels. Instead of traditional wholesale, they work closely with selected producers and bring the products fresh and directly to your plate. They open the oysters fresh on site and provide insights into their origin, quality and how to enjoy them properly.

5 - 6:30 pm - Talk: In the PIWI & friends format, we briefly introduce ourselves and you can ask everything you've always wanted to know about PIWIs and oysters.

There will be oysters, sandwiches, salmon specialties, quiche or vegetarian variations (e.g. goat's cheese and vine leaf variations). Enjoy our 6 bubble variations: Secco, sparkling wine, Petnat, vine leaf Secco, non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

Registration is not required.
