Author workshop discussion with Natalja Althauser and Hannah Häffner

Two voices in contemporary literature discuss writing and storytelling between intuition and structure.

Natalja Althauser, whose novel Dunkelholz tells the story of an intense mother-daughter relationship in a dense, atmospheric landscape, meets Hannah Häffner, whose debut Die Riesinnen (published in February 2026) interweaves the experiences of several generations of women in a village in the Black Forest.

Both talk about their approach to creativity and what it means to write stories today.
