Barista course and coffee workshop

Our barista course is suitable for beginners and advanced users who want to learn more about espresso and its perfect preparation using a portafilter machine or hand lever machine. Contents of our 3-hour barista workshop: - short tour of the roastery - From the coffee plant to roasted coffee - Brief machine knowledge (construction and handling of portafilter machines and espresso grinders) - Practical handling (machine settings, grind settings, extraction errors) using different espresso roasts - Basic preparation of milk foam The training takes place on dual-boiler portafilter machines with an E61 brew group or on manual lever machines. You are welcome to bring your own equipment by arrangement. We look forward to your visit! Private @home training is also possible. Please enquire separately.
