Barista course - home barista workshop

These courses are for beginners and advanced users of the portafilter machine or hand lever machine, or for people who simply want to learn more about espresso and its perfect preparation.

- Short roastery tour

- Introduction to coffee cultivation, processing, green coffee and roasted coffee

- Machine knowledge (construction and handling of portafilter machines and espresso grinders)

- Practical handling (machine settings, grind settings, extraction errors) using different espresso roasts

- The basics of latte art

You will work in small groups on dual-boiler portafilter machines with an E61 brew group or on hand lever machines. You can bring your own equipment by arrangement.
