Trees provide us with wood, filter the air, are suppliers of oxygen and shade. They provide a home for a variety of animals and shelter and comfort for us. On this excursion, you will learn about the most important local trees and how to identify them botanically. You will learn about their specific uses in folk medicine and which tree parts are still sold in pharmacies today. Which leaves and flowers are edible and can enrich the kitchen? During the excursion there is the possibility to create a tree-leaf-herbarium. Please bring along: Notebook or booklet, pencil and adhesive tape. The excursion will take place in all weathers. Please come in weatherproof clothing. - Registration required.
