The city promotes building greening and unsealing
Green roofs, green façades, green courtyards - GebäudeGrün hoch³ is the name of the funding program with which the city has been supporting roof and façade greening and unsealing since October 2021.
The sixth consultation week for the program will take place from Monday, 16 September to Friday, 20 September.
On Monday, September 16, there will be an online information eveningfrom 7 to 8.30 p.m. entitled "Is your house already green? Good reasons for greening your home".
Participants will learn about the positive effects of green roofs and façades, get to know practical examples and receive information about the application process.
On Friday, September 20, from 12 noon to 6 p.m. at the town hall in Stühlinger, interested parties can get advice on greening roofs, facades or (inner) courtyards.

With GebäudeGrün hoch³, the city of Freiburg supports building owners, tenants, associations and companies both financially and in an advisory capacity. By planting roofs and façades and unsealing sealed surfaces, the aim is to make urban spaces greener.
