Biodanza® - In the dance to me and to you

Biodanza®, this "dance of life" from South America, stands for joie de vivre and vitality as well as inner strength and calm. Embedded in the experience of free and guided dancing and movement (according to the Biodanza® method and to a wide variety of music), we will dance - alone, in pairs, in fours, as a whole group - to the following themes: "Dances of freedom and trust", "Lightness and passion", "Self-development and authentic encounter", "Appreciation and self-esteem", "Moving calm" - all this with encounters in joie de vivre and abundance. - Please bring: comfortable clothing, towel, indoor shoes (barefoot if you prefer) and a drink.
