Biodanza® - Dances of freedom and lightness

Biodanza®, this "dance of life" from South America, stands for joie de vivre and vitality as well as inner strength and calm. Embedded in the experience of free and guided dancing and movement (according to the Biodanza® method and to a wide variety of music), we will dance - alone, in pairs, in fours, as a whole group - on the following themes: "Dances of freedom and trust", "Lightness and passion", trying out opposites (e.g. "I lead! - You lead!"), "Self-development and authentic encounter", "Moving peace" - and all this with encounters in joie de vivre and abundance. - Please bring: comfortable clothing, towel, indoor shoes or socks and a drink.
