Biodanza® - Dances between air and earth

Biodanza®, this "dance of life" from South America, stands for joie de vivre and vitality as well as for inner strength and calm. Embedded in the experience of free and guided dancing and movement (according to the Biodanza® method and to a wide variety of music), this time we will dance to the following themes: Energies of the element air (lightness, expansion, creativity, sensitivity, "On the wings of the condor") and the element earth ("The strength of the here and now", "Dance of the pleasure of the earth", "Dance of the seed"), with encounters in joie de vivre and abundance. - Please bring: comfortable clothing, towel, indoor shoes (also barefoot) and a drink.
