Do I even dare to have a say? How often do I make myself small in everyday life?
With bodymemory, we remember our actual strength and size. We perceive the stability of our body in order to increase our stamina. The more consciously we experience our own flexible movement possibilities and the more secure we feel within ourselves, the more space we can take up.

With playfulness, music, through feeling and in movement.

We can test what we have experienced in the DenkAnstoß socio-political program and use it as a practice space for ourselves.

No previous experience necessary.
Please bring a willingness to experiment, an interest in the anatomy of your own body, comfortable clothing and non-slip socks.
It is possible to join on an ongoing basis, no obligation to attend regularly! Every first Saturday of the month!
