Citizens' dialog

The results of the first stage of the feasibility study will be presented by experts from the administration and the commissioned planning office on Wednesday, May 28. The first stage does not contain any detailed plans, but shows possible alternative uses and the design of building plots and open spaces.
Specifically, this involves retail space, service and office uses as well as housing. At the station site, the listed station building will be taken into account and incorporated into the concept.
The citizens' dialog provides an opportunity to talk to the planners and contribute your own ideas.

There will be another citizens' dialog at the end of 2025, at which the results of the second stage of the feasibility study will be presented.
