The pianist, solo and chamber musician Mogilevsky convinces with individual interpretation of classical pieces as well as his emotional and captivating concert performances. Celebrated by the press as a stunning, congenial virtuoso and Liszt successor, he repeatedly presents exciting arrangements of his own.
The pianist devotes an entire evening to the pieces of Frédéric Chopin, presenting a variety of brilliant waltzes, nocturnes and polonaises.
His concert programs clearly stand out due to their fresh impetus and the absence of fixed patterns. They always reflect interesting concepts and ideas. Always on the lookout for high-level rarities, Mogilevsky not only plays the typical standard classical repertoire, but also brings unknown works by great composers to new life. Vladimir Mogilevsky was born in Moscow, his talent nurtured early, so that at the age of 8 he was already performing pieces at renowned festivals. Mogilevsky completed his studies at the Gnessin Academy of Music with highest honors as a concert pianist. Vladimir Mogilevsky has lived in Germany since 1995.
