The administrative building of the archdiocese was built at the beginning of the 20th century as a monumental new building of historicism: a Byzantine-Romanesque mixture of styles that harks back to the early days of Christian building forms. The colorfully painted staircase complements the architecture as a monumental display of splendor on the inside: over three floors, it impresses unchanged with stylized figural painting and lush decoration that glows colorfully in the twilight. - Registration required.
