Many espresso lovers ask themselves the question of how to prepare the perfect espresso. We will learn about the characteristics and variety of flavors of coffee varieties and understand how the roasting process influences the taste. Furthermore, we will cover the characteristics and operation of portafilter machines. How is a perfect espresso prepared? Preparation and tasting of different espressos (not decaffeinated) and a visit to the coffee museum in Freiburg round off the course.
