The clown as healer in me. Is laughter allowed?

Laughter is the best medicine - for young and old. We explore the topic of "humor" in a playful and simple way. Many small exercises accompany the exploration of the clown. Laughter helps us to become "whole" again. Laughing about ourselves and with each other has a liberating effect, even in difficult times. The exercises take place in the group as well as in pairs. Even sitting on a chair, it is easy to join in, regardless of age. Each session is accompanied by small simple gymnastic exercises. After the course you will be able to successfully and consciously let the clown in you into your life as a healing force.

Course leader: Bechtold, Barbara. The course instructor is an MBSR teacher, relaxation educator, clinic clown and biofeedback trainer.
