The primeval ditch on the Kandel

The Urgraben channelled the water from the east side of the Kandel into the Suggental valley, where mining was carried out in the Middle Ages. It is considered an important technical monument. Together with medieval archaeologist Andreas Haasis-Berner, participants follow the still recognizable course of this artificial ditch. Free participation. In cooperation with BUND.
