The Dutch rock trio DeWolff is back with a new album and announces its return to the German stages.

The new album "Love, Death & In Between" will be released on February 3, 2023 on Mascot Records and underlines the immense creative output of this exceptional band, which plays as a Hammond/guitar/drums trio an explosive mixture of electrified southern blues rock with a pinch of soul and psychedelica. Just in their mid-twenties, the three musicians have already released nine studio albums (seven of them in the Dutch Top 20), three live albums, two EPs, and even recorded an album with Black Keys producer Mark Neill.

They have played over 1000 shows in Europe, Australia, Indonesia and Russia and shared the stage with bands like Toto, The Black Crowes, The Black Keys, Deep Purple, Ten Years After and Wolfmother. For the past three years, the band has been hosting its own festival "DeWolffest" and in its own analog studio, international bands such as North Mississippi Allstars, Wolfmother and Altin Gün regularly join hands. In 2019 the band received the prestigious Edison Award (Dutch Grammy) for "Best Rock" and in 2020 a Buma Award for "Best Sync". On the last tour, the band played over 100 shows in 13 countries - the Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Lithuania, Italy, Denmark, the UK, the Czech Republic, Austria and for the first time, Indonesia!

"Love, Death & In Between" was recorded in May 2022 in Brittany at Kerwax Studio completely analog and directly to tape, no computers were used in the production of the album. Brothers Pablo (guitar/vocals) and Luka van de Poel (drums/vocals) and Robin Piso (Hammond/Wurlitzer) recorded live without overdubs and were supported by numerous friends. With a mix of Al Green, Sam Cooke and John Steinbeck, they have created some of their most soulful and stirring songs. When they sing, "Hey there baby won't you come on in, I got plenty old records that we can play, some rhythm & blues some old rock 'n roll, yes the type of stuff that can save a soul," you should let yourself go and let DeWolff take you back in time.
