The Freiburg Bach Cantata Series

In the second concert of the Freiburg Bach cantata series, Ensemble Context plays and sings the cantatas

BWV 166 "Wo gehest du hin?" and
BWV 108 "Es ist euch gut, dass ich hingehe" composed by Johann Sebastian Bach.

They deal with human uncertainty and disorientation and trust in God's plan.

Prof. Dr. Thomas Seedorf will give a brief explanation of the text and music.
