The art of mindful living

The practice of mindfulness is the practice of loving attention." Thich Nhât HanhWe take a little time out and look at our lives in the light of mindfulness practice. How can we lovingly attend to our daily lives? Is it possible to practice mindfulness while cleaning, cooking, and talking? And how do we be mindful with ourselves? What brings us joy, how do we maintain our inner peace? The practice of mindfulness can become an art of living that is healing for us and our environment. We experience what "interbeing" means, the interconnectedness of all that is. Our mindfulness of ourselves is the best protection for the people we love.We sit in a gentle Zen style on the cushion or chair. Participants will receive expertise on mindfulness, experience guided meditations, and do walking meditation in space and forest. Except for three round-table discussions, the seminar is held in silence.A voluntary morning meditation is offered at 7 a.m., and an evening meditation is offered at 7:30 p.m.. The food is vegetarian.Overnight stay in the house is essential for the development of inner silence and for this seminar concept. For participants, therefore, overnight stay and meals in the house is mandatory and must be booked in addition to the course.
