We will visit the March Observatory and, weather permitting, observe the sky above: the summer constellations saying goodbye, the rising autumn constellations and the cratered moon. Star clusters, nebulae and galaxies can also be observed. Observation with the telescope is not possible in case of overcast skies or rain. Then you will get a guided tour in the observatory and see a picture presentation. The March Observatory is not barrier-free accessible. The tour is not suitable for wheelchair users and for children under 12 years. Please remember to bring warm clothing. Directions to the observatory: Via the B 31a exit March, turn right to March. After the railroad crossing in Hugstetten, follow the main road towards Buchheim. There, at the pharmacy, turn right towards Holzhausen. Approx. 300 m after the end of Buchheim turn right onto the field path "Hölgacker", then immediately left again. After about 150 m you have reached your destination, March Observatory. - Registration required.
