The perception of the forest in climate change

As the climate warms, our forests are also changing. Increasing periods of heat and drought initially affected the spruce trees. Other tree species are now also suffering. In this seminar, we will look at the "Forest Damage Report" series by Hamburg photographer Peter Bialobrzeski and discuss his perception and visual language together. Inspired by his gaze, we will then go in search of motifs in the surroundings of the forest house (WaldHaus) and discuss the results together.
