Information on ESD, exchange and networking

The event is aimed at forest, nature, environmental and adventure educators, teachers and other interested parties who want to shed light on their work from an ESD perspective and learn together. Professionals and beginners welcome!

Education for Sustainable Development is a comprehensive and inspiring aid for carrying out events with children, young people and adults. ESD is a guideline in the orientation framework for schools, a format for environmental education institutions and much more.

In addition to a short presentation on education for sustainable development (ESD) with concrete examples of good practice, we will work in small groups on how ESD can be put into practice in our own work.

There will also be information on ESD certification for extracurricular institutions in the state: ESD certification as part of the state's ESD-BW 2030 strategy (PDF) enables non-formal education institutions to undergo a quality development process and be certified according to standardized quality features.
