Dirty Dancing in Concert audiences will experience the hit movie in a unique and unforgettable way. The digitally remastered film will be shown in full length on a big screen, while a sensational live band together with outstanding singers as well as dancers perform and dance the unforgettable songs live and in sync. Fans are automatically swept away by the magic of the film and the music. They can enjoy the cinema classic they know and love once again in full length and at the same time discover it in a whole new way when the live band and soloists perform in parallel. At the accompanying after-show party, fans can party themselves to their favorite songs from "Dirty Dancing" and bring a unique live evening to a close.


The film, written by Eleanor Bergstein and directed by Emile Ardolino, featured Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey in their most successful roles. When "Dirty Dancing" was released in 1987, the film was a worldwide sensation. The soundtrack spawned two albums that went platinum several times over. Among the many singles released was the world-famous hit "(I've Had) The Time of My Life," which won an Oscar for best song. "Dirty Dancing" grossed more than $213 million and captured the hearts of viewers* everywhere.


In the summer of 1963, Baby Houseman (Jennifer Grey) travels with her family to the beautiful Kellerman's Hotel in the Catskills. Fascinated by dance instructor Johnny Castle (Patrick Swayze) and the very different lives of some of the staff, Baby learns to dance and falls in love - and experiences a time she will never forget.
