DVG invites you: How much do PMS or menopause bother you?

Thursday, 12.03.2026 The lecture (7-8 p.m., admission free) will explain hormonal changes in women over the age of 40 and how they can respond positively to these changes.

In the subsequent workshop section (8pm - 9pm, registration required, subject to a fee, €25), each participant will have the opportunity to make their own oil for mucous membrane care, a cooling concentrate and a roll-on to help cope with stress. A variety of possible applications are presented in the script.
