From conscious tasting arises the self-confident, own taste. Theory and practice are interwoven in this seminar in a varied way and all topics are explained using special taste samples and selected wines and many practical sensory tests, e.g. also with black glasses. It is about questions like: What role do nose and palate play? How important are temperature, glasses, time of day, food? How are wines officially sensory tested? How do you talk about wine? - Please bring writing materials.
