The course teaches the basics of using singing bowls and basic health-promoting skills in the field of relaxation. This knowledge is then put into practice by allowing participants to experience the effect of a sound massage for themselves. For this purpose, the bowls are placed on the body and made to sound. The experience of a guided sound journey aims to promote psychological and physical resources for everyday life. The course starts on time, so it is requested to arrive already 5 minutes before the course starts. The course takes place lying down (alternatively sitting). - Please bring: comfortable warm clothing, large cloth to cover the mat, a blanket to cover yourself and possibly a small pillow.
