This knowledge is then put into practice by allowing participants to experience the effects of a sound massage for themselves. The bowls are placed on the body and made to resonate. The experience of a guided sound journey aims to promote mental and physical resources for everyday life. The course starts on time, so please arrive 5 minutes before the start of the course. The course takes place lying down (alternatively sitting down). - Please bring: comfortable warm clothing, a large cloth to cover the mat, a blanket to cover yourself and possibly a small pillow.
