Ice bathing in Freiburg

We are a great group of ice bathers who meet every Sunday at 10 a.m. (usually at the Dreisam) for ice bathing. We start in October. Everyone is welcome!

Bring a towel, a mat or something to sit on and warm clothes for afterwards. The event is completely free and we do an introduction to ice bathing with breathing beforehand.

Together we get the ball rolling and bring people together - in the Stühlinger-Park stadium at the 21st German Street Football Championships. Teams from all over Germany meet on the pitch.
