Ensemble Rarara: to give away - the improv show

Your objects play the leading role in this show!

This improv show full of surprises is dedicated to the most exciting kind of social exchange. Will the unwrapping of gifts be followed by touching insights into the past of a personal item or ice-cold plans for revenge?
On this evening, we explore gift-giving in all its facets, from the free gift box to the irreplaceable unique item. We follow the lovers when a gift melts hearts. We experience how a sock becomes something highly dramatic. And will the robbers be in for a surprise when they unwrap their "gift" from the Louvre?
Maybe, because we don't know beforehand what will happen and what we will find in the parcels. We play with the objects our audience members bring with them and everything on this evening arises from the moment and with your suggestions!

The audience is welcome to bring (wrapped or unwrapped) items for the show and or for giving and swapping afterwards! We will incorporate your packages directly into the scenes and let ourselves be surprised and inspired during improvisation.
And maybe one or the other object will find a new, loving home after the show...

As the Ra!Ra!Ra! ensemble, professional artists from the Freiburg improv theater scene develop and perform amazingly new and excitingly entertaining formats, very close to the audience. After "who gets the train" and the "Wort*Wein*Nacht", we are very much looking forward to this premiere at the Cargo Theater in H15.
