Edible tree fruits - an excursion

Many trees and shrubs bear edible fruit in the fall, which can be used in a variety of ways in the kitchen. They enrich our daily diet and thus contribute to a healthy diet. The excursion will cover recipes and processing tips, as well as the use of the fruits and other parts of the tree in folk medicine and modern phytotherapy. The botanical characteristics of the individual trees and shrubs will also be discussed in detail. The excursion takes place in almost any weather.
