Family biographical research (workshop)

How and where can family history be researched in archives, on the internet, in databases and online catalogs as a contribution to the culture of remembrance? Participants will learn how family research can produce unexpected results through access to archives, libraries and sources, including the so-called "deep web". The focus of the search for traces is on German and Czech archives and sources. The workshop includes a guided search for one's own roots and offers group discussions. It is also aimed at people who have done little family research to date. - Registration required.
