Family concert "The Pied Piper of Hamelin"

The Freiburg Baroque Orchestra is organizing the "Sommerklang" festival for the 3rd time!
On two weekends in June and July, many small concerts and events for young and old will take place in Freiburg's city center as well as in and around the ensemble building under the motto "The FBO dances".

"Where have all the children from the city gone?" This is the question adults ask themselves in the exciting saga of the "Pied Piper of Hamelin", in which a whimsical man frees the town from a plague of rats.
In a lively family concert with music by Georg Philipp Telemann and medieval dances, the musicians of the Freiburg Baroque Orchestra will tell you the special role that music plays in this story.

The Kooperatur is now the parish hall of the cathedral parish and is located on Münsterplatz to the right of the Alte Wache. The history of the Kooperatur dates back to the 12th century.
