Film and talk: "Marco, the Invented Truth"

The "HINSCHAUEN - FilmRäume von Dokumentationszentrum Nationalsozialismus & KoKi" series continues: the Spanish feature film "Marco" (2024) by directors Aitor Arregi and Jon Garaño tells the story of a man who pretended to be a Holocaust survivor for years. Only the research of a historian disproves this "invented truth". The plot of the film is inspired by true events. The film will be shown in the Kommunales Kino, Urachstraße 40, in the original version with subtitles (OmU). Tickets are available there at the regular admission price.
