Film premiere "The Disappearance of Josef Mengele"

Inspired by Olivier Guez's novel, which was awarded the Prix Renaudot in 2017, director Kyrill Serebrenikov delivers a new masterful, profound, disturbing but flawless work. Gregor, Peter, Pedro... It is the Dantesque odyssey of a man with multiple identities. In contrast to Raskolnikov from "Crime and Punishment" - who is plagued by feelings of guilt - Mengele never regrets anything. His punishment consists of being consumed by fear and ending his life in misery in Brazil.
