Following the guest performances of PASIONARIA and SONOMA, the acclaimed company La Veronal returns to Freiburg with its latest piece FIRMAMENTO. At the interface of dance, puppet theater and music, it conjures up beguiling hyper-realistic images and visionary scenes on stage that illuminate the process of growing up. Six dancers whisk the audience away into a fantastic, dreamlike stage world full of surprises, in which everything seems possible and limitless - just as the world often feels for those who dream of adulthood. Marcos Morau is addressing a young audience for the first time with this work and impressively reflects their hopes and fears.
