Flute Festival Freiburg

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Flöte e.V. will organize its first major International Flute Festival after the Corona Pandemic in 2023! The festival is a tribute to Aurèle Nicolet, who taught at the Freiburg Musikhochschule for a long time and was one of the most important flutists of our time.
It is the biggest flute festival in Europe - versatile, creative and with lots of energy we start again!
We are looking forward to an inspiring festival atmosphere, excellent artists, lots of flutes, orchestras, ensembles, live music, exhibitions, workshops, concerts and lectures.
The festival is a unique opportunity to meet or newly meet friends and colleagues, to network.
Fluteenie:
Young people are required to bring their own flute to Fluteenie Day. Instruments will not be provided. There will be no supervision by the organizer outside the Fluteenie event. Catering on the festival day is not provided by the organizer.
The Fluteenie ticket entitles the youth to attend the gala concert on Saturday, September 30, 2023.
For all festival participants:
Festival tickets will be checked at the entrance. Please arrive early at the Musikhochschule Freiburg, as experience has shown that a large number of visitors can be expected, especially on the first days of the festival.
Purchasers of the reduced-price ticket (members of the DGfF) must identify themselves at the entrance (ID card) so that their eligibility to purchase a ticket at the reduced price can be checked.
Event information:
The consent is valid for the use of the photos for publication and distribution in the publications of the DGfF e. V., publication on the internet on the website as well as in the social networks of the DGfF e. V. and information of the press for coverage of the Flute Festival Freiburg 2023.
The granting of the rights is free of charge and includes the right to edit, as long as the editing is not distorting.
This consent can be revoked at any time for the future in the case of single images. In the case of images of multiple persons, this consent is irrevocable, unless a balancing of interests is clearly in favor of the festival participants.
In the event of revocation, the corresponding individual images may no longer be used for the above-mentioned purposes in the future and must be deleted immediately from the corresponding publications.
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Flöte e. V. is not liable for any damages, accidents, etc. that occur during the Flute Festival Freiburg 2023.

Clarification according to Art.13 Basic Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and declaration of consent for further processing of your data according to Art.6 DSGVO

The data processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 No.1 letter b) DSGVO exclusively for contractual purposes. The processing of your data is necessary for the implementation of our festival, otherwise the festival cannot be properly executed, this includes communication.

We process the following categories of data: master data, communication data, course data, booking data, claims data. These data are transmitted to us by you.
Recipients:
We will transmit your data exclusively within the framework of your contract, if necessary, to the following categories of recipients to whom the personal data will have to be disclosed, insurance companies and third parties (e.g. tax office, etc.)
Duration of storage:
After the end of the festival and payment of the invoice, we will immediately delete the data that is not subject to the statutory retention periods, otherwise we will have to observe the statutory periods before we delete the stored data.

According to Art. 15-22 DSGVO, you have the following rights if the legal requirements are met: right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, to data portability.
