The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Flöte e.V. will organize its first major International Flute Festival after the Corona Pandemic in 2023! The festival is a tribute to Aurèle Nicolet, who taught at the Freiburg Musikhochschule for a long time and was one of the most important flutists of our time.

It is the biggest flute festival in Europe - versatile, creative and with lots of energy we start again!

We are looking forward to an inspiring festival atmosphere, excellent artists, lots of flutes, orchestras, ensembles, live music, exhibitions, workshops, concerts and lectures.

The festival is a unique opportunity to meet or newly meet friends and colleagues, to network.

Young people are required to bring their own flute to Fluteenie Day. Instruments will not be provided. There will be no supervision by the organizer outside the Fluteenie event. Catering on the festival day is not provided by the organizer.
The Fluteenie ticket entitles the youth to attend the gala concert on Saturday, September 30, 2023.
