Women: underestimated potential. Why women overlook your job advertisements

Women often only apply for jobs if they meet almost all the requirements. This means that qualified female applicants are left out. The online event will focus on how companies can design their job advertisements to appeal more specifically to women and encourage them to apply.

Kathrin Post-Isenberg will show what role language, requirements and presentation play in job advertisements. The event is part of the "Mittagsimpulse" (lunchtime impulses) organized by the Kontaktstelle Frau und Beruf Freiburg - Südlicher Oberrhein in cooperation with the Freiburg Chamber of Skilled Crafts and Handwerk BW.
