Frei Art Festival benefit concert - French chansons and dance

The Duo Sympathique with Birgit Danzeisen (accordion) and Catherine Dumas (vocals), the Freiburger Akkordeon-Orchester and the Company Pro Arte invite you to a benefit concert in aid of cultural exchange with Morocco - Casablanca. The proceeds will enable the guest performance of our production Connecting the Dots at the Festival Rencontres Chorégraphiques de Casablanca (Morocco).

"One accordion - one voice": Danzeisen and Dumas interpret chansons from Serge Gainsbourg, Barbara and Jacques Brel to contemporary artists such as Stromae and Camille. The evening will be complemented by dance excerpts from Connecting the Dots with Raphaëlle Polidor, Devin Hövel and Monika Keller, music by Volker Rausenberger and Birgit Danzeisen.
