Legal care - curse or blessing? (Lecture)

Price: 9.00€

In Germany, 1.4 million people currently have legal guardianship - and the trend is rising. 98% of them have applied for guardianship themselves. What do legal guardians do? What laws do they work under? Who can receive legal guardianship? What conflicts can care entail? What happens if I no longer want to be cared for? Klaus Fournell is an independent professional caregiver and reports on his everyday life. Voluntary care, care associations, powers of attorney and living wills will also be discussed. - Registration required.
