GIOVANNI ALLEVI - Best of Piano Tour

Giovanni Allevi is responsible for a pioneering renewal of classical music and is making new generations aware of the art of composition. He holds a diploma in piano and composition and a degree in philosophy with the thesis "The Void in Contemporary Physics".

He has performed on the stages of the most important concert halls in the world, from Carnegie Hall in New York to the Teatro alla Scala in Milan and the Auditorium of the Forbidden City in Beijing. Thanks to his intellectual commitment, he is a philosophical point of reference for the concepts of innovation and the analysis of change.

His latest book is entitled "The Rules of the Piano - 33 Notes from Music and Philosophy for a Life Beyond the Everyday" (ed. Solferino).

He has received respectful compliments from Pope Benedict XVI, Pope Francis and Nobel Prize winner Mikhail Gorbachev. The American space agency NASA named an asteroid after him: giovanniallevi111561. He is the author and presenter of an innovative and award-winning documentary that is broadcast on Rai Play: "Allevi in the Jungle". The single "Tomorrow", dedicated to the planet, marked the beginning of the composer's collaboration with the Earth Day European Network, in which he is an ambassador for the most important green initiative on the Earth. Maestro Allevi was awarded the title of ambassador for his role as a mediator among young people, thanks to his intellectual commitment and his artistic talent, the expression of a universal language.
