Greenmotions Film Festival: Short film competition with award ceremony and afterparty

The Greenmotions Film Festival will be opening its doors to you again this year. From November 5 to 9, we invite you to exciting films, discussions and encounters at the Kommunale Kino. Every year we dedicate part of our program to a special question. This year's special theme is: "Closing the loop: living within planetary boundaries". We look forward to showing you films that shed light on how we can move from a linear to a circular way of life that conserves our planet's resources and can thus exist in harmony with our environment. The last evening is dedicated to the topics of the environment and sustainability with a colorful bouquet of short documentaries, animated films and cartoons. More information on this year's short films will follow shortly.

After the one-hour short film program, our juries of experts will also announce the winners of the short film competition and the special theme award. On this evening, we will also select this year's winner of the Audience Award, which will be voted for by our visitors during the festival.

At the end of the festival, we invite you to a small celebration with live music by the Cosmic Mints, snacks and drinks from the Andreas Dilger winery in the gallery of the Kommunales Kino.

Information on accessibility: The cinema is accessible via a ramp. The toilets are also accessible with a wheelchair. The movie theater is equipped with an inductive sound system.
