A Real Treat! The Longest Wine Tasting on the Tuniberg Trail

Vacation season—time for a getaway. The perfect time to explore nature by bike or on foot. This is especially enjoyable on the Tuniberg High Trail. To ensure you don’t miss out on the fun, the Tuniberg winegrowers’ cooperatives are once again offering a selection of Tuniberg wines for tasting on Sundays—at 3 p.m., the perfect time for an outing—right in the middle of the vineyards.

At four tasting stations along the Tuniberg High Trail, cyclists and hikers can enjoy the longest wine tasting on the Tuniberg. Wines from each individual winegrowers’ cooperative are offered, as well as four “Tuniberg” wines. The stations, from south to north, are:
– St. Erentrudis Chapel/Munzingen Winegrowers’ Association;
– Attila Rock/Oberrimsingen, Niederrimsingen, and Tiengen winegrowers’ associations;
– Allewinden/Merdingen, Opfingen, and
winegrowers’ associations – Schönberg/Waltershofen winegrowers’ association.

You can find a map with an overview of the route of the Tuniberg Höhenweg and the exact locations of the Hoch!Genuss! stations here.
