Walking time: approx. 7.5 hours (25 km) 1000 m ascent and 1000 m descent

Difficulty level: difficult, fitness, surefootedness required

Starting point: 7:30 a.m. FR-Hbf platform 7 at the bottom of the stairs for the

journey to Himmelreich.

We hike to the Frauensteig-, Posthalde- and Piketfelsen always

on the ridge path in the direction of Hinterzarten, after the descent then
