Improvisational theater: Theatersport

Theatersport is a special form of improvisational theater. Two teams meet to compete in spontaneous theater games. Nothing is agreed here either. The audience makes suggestions for the action on stage: a place or a feeling, an era or a title. The players have to spontaneously stage what they want in a matter of seconds and the audience decides which team has succeeded better and more convincingly. This fast and interactive form of theater always produces surprising and guaranteed new results. Anything between comedy, tragedy, art and kitsch is possible.
The evening is hosted by a charming presenter who also acts as a referee to ensure that the rules are followed. Violations are punished immediately and severely and punished with a deduction of points or, in the worst case, a sending off.
This time's guest is the brilliant Theater am Puls from Bern (CH)
